RiTs trains, equips, and connects frontline volunteers to identify and safely report human trafficking — without putting themselves or victims at risk.
From certified training to secure tip submission, RiTs gives volunteers the tools to make a real difference — safely.
RiTs follows a strict observe-and-report model. Volunteers never intervene — they provide trained eyes on the ground that feed into professional response chains.
Register on the RiTs platform. New accounts start with Public access — enough to read awareness content and explore the mission.
Work through six self-paced modules covering trafficking indicators, legal frameworks, safeguarding boundaries, and trauma-informed observation. Pass the assessment to receive your certificate and Volunteer status.
Contact a RiTs administrator to apply for Vetted Informant status. Once approved, you gain access to the secure, encrypted tip submission channel.
If you witness a situation of concern, submit factual observations — who, what, where, when. Trained RiTs staff review every tip and escalate safely. You never confront directly.
