Everything a frontline
volunteer needs

From certified training to secure tip submission, RiTs gives volunteers the tools to make a real difference — safely.

Induction Training
Six comprehensive modules covering trafficking indicators, legal boundaries under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and trauma-informed care. Earn a certified digital certificate upon completion.
Secure Tip Line
Submit encrypted, factual observations directly to trained RiTs staff. Choose to report anonymously. Tips are reviewed and actioned — safely and professionally, away from direct confrontation.
Assessment & Certification
A mandatory assessment with a 75% pass threshold ensures every volunteer truly understands the core principle: observe, don't intervene. Certificates are issued digitally with a date stamp.
Role-Based Access
A structured hierarchy — Public, Volunteer, Vetted Informant, and Administrator — ensures each person only accesses what they've been cleared for.
Anonymous Reporting
Informants can detach their identity from any tip. The platform records your observations without linking them back to you — protecting both you and the individuals you're trying to help.
Admin Dashboard
Administrators review and action incoming tips, add confidential notes, manage user roles, and update the organisation's live impact statistics — all from one secure dashboard.

Safe. Structured. Effective.

RiTs follows a strict observe-and-report model. Volunteers never intervene — they provide trained eyes on the ground that feed into professional response chains.
